The SAS Woodsball Story

SAS Woodsball was founded in 2006 by a band of fellow paintballers from Wisconsin with roots to private land “outlaw” paintball. as they grew more serious and lead by Steve Necro” Kaltenbach, they began to play at more traditional fields. they bean to notice players that did not play with the same standard of honor and integrity as they had valued hen playing against one another. Players overshot, wiped hits, bullied,, and did not respect their fellow players. Some fields were ill equipped or unwilling to confront their customers to do the right thing. they knew they had to do somethhing and with their fledgling group of players it only seemed like the logical next step to grow into a team.

Inspired to do more, they vowed to lead by example, and  become stewards of the game of paintball. SAS Woodsball, from its humble beginnings – only half a dozen strong – has over the pas decade, grown toa worldlike force of thousands of player’s. From all corners of he globe, players have been inspired by its mission to be better players and be better people. What about you? Are you made of the right stuff?
